Winnie is an advocate, mentor, and educator on Women’s rights, Gender-based violence (GBV), Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) Gender equality, and Systems of oppression who has devoted the past years to addressing and empowering young girls and women in marginalized communities. Having occupied multiple roles in the for-profit and nonprofit worlds, as well as with the leading Telecommunication Company in Kenya, She brings empathy, leadership, and innovation to create support systems, paired with informed perspectives and thoughtful approaches to complex societal and cultural challenges. She is an independent Human Resource and Career Development Consultant with Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology and  MBA (Major in Human Resource Management). She works with vulnerable communities to develop affordable, innovative solutions that raise the quality of Education for all through a Mentorship approach and is passionate about mentoring Young People in Africa

Rasugu is a believer in transformation. He believes in the story of Africa, a young content bursting with talent. He believes that every young boy and girl can compete among the best in the world in all fields of human endeavor. He believes that every community is capable of producing boys and girls whose names will one day be famous in every corner of the world. He believes in himself as an instrument of change. An instrument to sow faith where there is doubt; to sow hope where there is despair; to sow union where there is discord; to sow light where there is darkness, and to sow joy where there is sadness. He believes in lighting the path of others. The Cell and Molecular Biologist graduate is currently the Founder and Lead Researcher at Canwin Research Centre. Previously, he had worked as the Trainer of Trainers (ToT) at Economic Projects Transformational Facility (EPTF), a project of the Navigators Kenya. His interests concentrate on championing Good Health and Wellbeing, Quality Education, Reduced Inequalities, Sustainable Communities, and Peace, Justice, and Strong Societies.

Zuhra is a BCOM student at Kenyatta University. She is a leader, a mentor, a motivational and public speaker, and also an article writer. She is interested in mentoring the youth and women on issues affecting them and also, the need to stand up for themselves and be the game-changer. She writes and mentors on skills that enable these youth and women to be self-reliant.

Tirus is a counseling psychologist currently working with the University of Maryland Baltimore (UMB). He is passionate about working with special population groups and the less privileged in society. Strongly believes that every human being has potential in themselves which needs to be natural for one to realize their full potential. He is an internationally certified addiction professional (ICAP) with vast experience in handling addiction-related issues.

Taking care of Board’s administrative secretarial duties and welfare of the Organization to effectively ensure that every member staff have their needs and expectations met as they serve.
